Meeting Held at Nakhchivan Business Center with the U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan

A meeting took place at the Nakhchivan Business Center with Robert Cekuta, the U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan. Vugar Abbasov, President of Cahan Holding and Chairman of the Nakhchivan Confederation of Entrepreneurs, hosted the ambassador.

Before the meeting, Mr. Abbasov provided the guests with detailed information about private companies operating in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, including their activities, production products, and services.

Following this, there was a mutual discussion with the ambassador and his accompanying delegation. During the meeting, Mr. Abbasov highlighted the government’s support for the development of entrepreneurship in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, emphasizing the focus on non-oil sector development, reducing dependency on imports by boosting local production, and ongoing and future efforts in tourism development.

Expressing his gratitude for the warm reception, Robert Cekuta conveyed his pleasure at being in Nakhchivan.
